Fat Frank Coffee
Uganda
🐾 Frank’s Diary — Entry #1068.5
Uganda Single Origin. Tastes like a chocolate bar went backpacking through a spice market and came back with stories. Hints of raisin, cocoa, and the kind of subtle complexity that makes sommeliers nod slowly and say “mmm” like they understand jazz.
Grown on the slopes of Mount Elgon, where beans are raised on altitude, attitude, and high volume volcanic drama.
Washed, sun-dried, and probably whispered sweet nothings by the wind.
It’s medium-bodied, like a hug from someone who wears linen and knows their birth chart. Balanced acidity. Elegant finish.
Pairs well with existential thoughts and toast.
— Frank, flavor philosopher and part-time mug tipper cat
