🇧🇷 Frank’s Diary — Entry #973
We brewed my Brazil Santos Blend today. Medium roast. Smooth like jazz in a sunlit café.
Hints of chocolate, roasted almonds, and a clean, sweet aroma that made me briefly consider kindness - but that passed quickly :).
Low acidity. Medium body. It tasted like a hammock nap wrapped in caramel.
I drank it. I felt mellow. Then I stared at the wall for 47 minutes wondering if I should start a samba band.
