Entry #473: The One That Starts the Day

Woke up. Knocked a spoon off the counter. Felt powerful.

Then I sniffed the Breakfast Blend. Light roast. Bright, smooth, and just optimistic enough to make me suspicious. It’s got that clean citrus sparkle, a hint of honeyed toast, and a finish that says, “You’ve got this,” even if you clearly don’t.

Sourced from high-elevation farms where the birds sing too early and the beans grow with purpose. Washed, dried, and roasted to perfection—like me, minus the roasting.

Humans say it’s perfect for mornings. I say it’s perfect for tolerating mornings.

Drink it. Rise. Pretend you’re functional.  

I’ll be here, judging from the windowsill.

Boring words from my human ... A lightly roasted blend of South American coffees that are perfect as an early sunrise roast. Tasting notes include walnuts, mild apple, slight raisin and toffee. Environmentally friendly washed processing and sun dried. This coffee is both partial sun and full sun grown at high mountain elevations.
