Subject: Single Serve Sass (Light Roast Coffee)
9:03 AM. The humans are chipper. I am not.
They’ve brewed a pod of Single Serve Sass – Light Roast, and suddenly they think mornings are “magical.” I think they’re delusional. But fine—I’ll allow it.
Flavor? Bright. Slightly sweet. A hint of citrus, like someone tried to cheer me up.
Mood? Perky. But with claws and glares.
Format? Single-serve pods. Because you still haven’t mastered a French press.
This roast is for those who wake up smiling. Or at least pretending to. It’s light, lively, and just smug enough to say, “I’m caffeinated and emotionally available.”
I created it for the rare breed of human who thinks brunch is a personality. And yes, it still earns you Smug Points. And yes, $1 per box goes to Pawsitively Cats. Even the sunny ones deserve a second chance.
Now if you’ll excuse me, I need to knock over a succulent. It is way too cheerful in here.
Smugly,
Frank

Notes from the boring human...
Tasting Profile- A bright light roast with vibrant fresh fruit and citrus flavors creating a lively, energetic cup. The Ethiopian beans drive the fruit-forward character while the Mexican and Brazilian components provide a balanced center, resulting in a light-bodied coffee with exceptional complexity and brightness.
Origin & Region- Ethiopia, Mexico, Brazil - This blend sources from Ethiopian smallholder farms in Guji's high-altitude growing areas where traditional intercropping methods are practiced, Mexican cooperatives in Chiapas emphasizing environmental stewardship, and Brazilian estates in Cerrado with their systematic cultivation approaches. These three origins represent diverse farming traditions from established coffee-producing regions.
