Fat Frank’s Diary — House Blend Edition
Entry #472: The One With the Medium Roast
Woke up. Judged the sun. It rose crooked.
Then I sniffed the House Blend. Medium roast. Central and South American beans. Smooth, clean, consistent—like my fur after a passive-aggressive bath. Nutty, chocolatey, with a citrus wink and a finish so bright it makes my glare look gentle.
Humans say it’s “friendly to the environment.” I say it’s friendly to my mood. Natural and sun-dried, just like my patience when someone tries to pet me before coffee.
I approve. Which is rare.
Drink it. Or don’t. But if you do, prepare for a cup that’s as balanced as my disdain.

Boring human speak... A medium roast blend of select coffees from Central and South America that is smooth, clean and consistent for a flavorful cup every time. Features a medium body with tasting notes that include nutty, sweet chocolate, mild citrus and a clean bright finish. These blended coffees are both natural/dry processed and wet mill washed/sun dried. These techniques are friendly to the environment, the rain forests and the living creatures of the high elevation mountains where these coffees are grown.
