The human that lives with me brewed Italian Roast today.

Arabica. Robusta. Low roasted. Fancy words for “this coffee means serious business.”

It’s bold, smoky, and slightly intimidating—like it’s hard  judging your life choices but still willing to caffeinate you to get you through them.

I took one sip and felt like I should be wearing a trench coat and solving mysteries in a foggy alley. This coffee doesn’t just wake you up—it makes you feel like you’ve been through something… and came out hella cooler.

Our darkest roast. Slow roasted blend of specialty grade Arabica/Robusta.
